Stop sitting on your hits.
Catalog is the home for unreleased music. Every demo, every version and every idea lives in one private vault, with a clear plan to actually release it.

The Problem
Great songs die in folders.
A demo sits in Drive. A mix sits in your email. Lyrics sit in your Notes app. A voice memo you forgot you recorded sits on your phone. When nothing lives in one place, nothing gets released.
- 01
Lost versions
You almost send the wrong mix because the final one was buried three folders deep, named like every other bounce.
- 02
No release plan
The song is finished but the cover, the credits and the date never come together, so the release keeps slipping.
- 03
Ideas go cold
Months pass. The spark fades. Another strong record joins the archive that nobody ever opens again.
Inside Catalog
The real product, on screen.
Screens from the live app. This is where your songs, your releases and your pitches actually live.
01
Catalog
Every song with all its versions. Demo, rough mix, mix and master live together, with notes on every version. BPM and key fill in by themselves.

02
Releases
A release with its team, photos and dates, every song with the version that ships, and a checklist dated backwards from release day.

03
Share
Send a pitch on a private link and see when it was opened and which version played. Listening links never download.

04
Pitch by kind
A label, a playlist editor, a music supervisor and a booker each expect something different. Choose who it is for: Catalog asks only what it cannot know, fills the rest from your songs, and lays it out for Spotify for Artists and Amazon Music to paste.

05
Delivery
Before you send it, Catalog checks nothing is missing: approved masters, square cover, writers, lyrics and ISRC.

How It Works
Organize. Plan. Release.
Three moves take a song from a forgotten file to a release with a date on the calendar. Tap each step.
Bring the vault together.
Upload demos, bounces and masters. Keep every version stacked in order on one song page. Add notes, lyrics and credits while the idea is still fresh in the room.
- A private place for every song
- Every version in one clean timeline
- Notes, lyrics and credits on the song
- Find any bounce in seconds
Turn songs into a calendar.
Pick the records that are ready. Give each one a date, a cover and a checklist. Watch a loose pile of demos become a real season of releases.
- A date and a countdown per release
- Cover, credits and codes on the checklist
- Your releases on one calendar
- Know what is missing at a glance
Release with intention.
When the day comes you are not scrambling. The final master, the art, the credits and the plan are already together. Share the link and let the song do its work.
- One share link with the final version
- Credits checked before release day
- Your team sees the same plan you see
- A delivery package your distributor can take
Built For The Process
Everything a release needs.
No more juggling five apps to finish one song. The tools live where the music lives.
Private Vault
Your unreleased work stays private by default. You decide who hears it and exactly when they hear it.
Version Stack
Demo, mix and master stacked in order on the same song page. The version that ships is always obvious.
Release Calendar
Every release gets a date and a countdown. Your whole season of releases on one calendar.
Share Links
Send one clean link with the right version, the artwork and the notes. No more expired file transfers.
Collaborators
Invite your producer, your engineer and your manager into the release, not into your entire drive.
Notes and Credits
Lyrics, references and full credits live on the song from day one, so release day holds no surprises.
Who It Is For
Made for the whole team.
Artists
You record faster than you release. Catalog turns your backlog into a pipeline of finished, dated releases.
Producers
Keep every placement, demo and bounce organized by artist and by release. Find any version in seconds.
Managers
See what is ready, what is missing and what drops next across your entire roster, without chasing files.

Organize. Plan. Release.
Your best songs already exist. They are sitting on a hard drive, waiting for a system. Catalog is that system.

What Doesn't Change
Built for music nobody has heard yet.
Your music never leaves
Listening links never download. Audio only leaves as the delivery package you build on purpose, or as your own download as owner in the 30 days after a paid plan ends.
We don't train on your music
Not now, not later. It's written in the terms.
Daily copies, tested
Database and audio copied every night. The database copy is restored and checked every night; the music restore is rehearsed.
Two-step verification
Optional for everyone, recommended for label owners. Backup codes included.
Access log for owners
Who entered your catalog, when, from which kind of device.
A registered company behind it
Catalog belongs to Catalog LLC, registered in Florida.
Questions
Before you ask.
Can anyone download my music?
No. Listening links play in the browser and never download. You choose who gets a link, and on Pro a link can carry a password and an expiry date. Audio leaves Catalog only as the delivery package you build for your distributor, or as your own download in the 30 days after leaving a paid plan.
What is a release, exactly?
A single, EP or album with a date: the songs with the version that ships, the cover, the credits and a checklist dated backwards from release day, all checked and ready to deliver.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Catalog runs in your phone's browser with your full catalog, your songs and your share links, and you can add it to your home screen. No store, no install.
How much space do I get?
3 GB on Free, about 60 songs in WAV. 100 GB on Pro and 500 GB on Studio.
Can my team use it?
Listening is unlimited on every plan. Working seats (uploading, approving, editing) are 10 on Free during launch, 5 on Pro and 10 on Studio.
What happens if I cancel a paid plan?
Your catalog moves to the free plan. Everything keeps playing. If you are over 3 GB, uploads pause and you get 30 days to pay again, free up space, or download your music. After that, only what fits the free plan stays.
How is this different from Drive or Untitled?
Drive stores files. Catalog is built around songs: every version stacked on one page, releases with dates and checklists, pitch links that show you when they were opened, and a delivery check before anything goes out.
